This page is organized into two sections. The first section lists the pages that can be downloaded to keep your Indy software index current with the latest magazine issues that the publishers have produced. These article pages are now available for download for free from RMW Enterprises. The second section lists the programs that can be downloaded to keep your Indy program current with the enhancements and fixes that are made to it by RMW Enterprises from time to time. As an example, an enhancement was made to the Indy program in version 1.1.0 to allow it to act as a slide show. This change had nothing to do with new magazine article pages (the things that you can get from the first section of this page).
FIRST SECTION - Pages
Be sure to upgrade to Indy version 1.3.1 or greater before you attempt to apply these updates ! SECOND SECTION - Programs
Indy v1.3.2 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to enhance the capabilities of the validation features that are available through the Advanced Options selection in the File menu of the Indy program. The validation features in that menu are generally only useful to people who are creating their own magazine indexes. Specifically, the Validate Index Records File feature was enhanced to provide additional data to the user whenever a problem is detected in the file. The Check For Chaff feature was enhanced to check for more instances of chaff (more instances of extraneous image files on your hard disk). The details of the changes to the program are noted on the Changes page. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.3.1 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to correct an error in the way that it updates image databases. It looked like the updates were successful but in fact they were not. All Indy customers that have used the Update feature more than once should download this new version of the Indy program. This version is necessary to make the updates that you have purchased effective. Indy users that have purchased image updates in the past will be notified by e-mail as to how to use this new version will make their prior image update purchases effective. Additional small changes to the program are noted on the Changes page. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.3.0 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to allow article authors to be searched just like article descriptions are searched. Added additional text to an error message pertaining to updating the image database. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.2.2 Update (2 MB) - The copyright was extended from 2002 to 2003. There is no need to get this new program if you are currently running Indy v1.2.1. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
